About role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a proactive problem solver and lightning-speed learner. We'll be counting on you to provide our clients with world-class customer service. We are looking for a high-energy hustler who knows what it takes to keep our customers happy and our churn low.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data modeling and attribution strategies that align with client objectives.  
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Professional Services Data Analysts and Engagement Leads, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.  
  • Actively review and refine existing project delivery methodologies and analytics solutions to drive innovation and improve client satisfaction.  
  • Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, providing deep insights and strategic guidance to ensure project success.
  • Meet with customers, define approaches, troubleshoot issues and explain solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record in data engineering and analytics.  
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (or another programming language)
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.  
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and refine Attribution models, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and other analytical frameworks Incrementality.  
  • Proficient in ETL processes, knowledge of dbt, kimble modelling, SQL-mech
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot.  
  • Excellent communication and team coaching skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
